k3334 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the k3334 website at k3334.io, including all products, services, games, betting markets, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the k3334 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a player's k3334 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to a player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports event outcome or casino game result using funds from the player's Account Balance.
• "Effective Date" means the date on which these Terms come into force, as indicated in the hero section of this page.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute include any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the k3334 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. k3334 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Eligibility. By registering, you confirm that: (a) you are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (b) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law; (c) you are not a current or former employee, contractor, or family member of a current employee or contractor of k3334; and (d) you have not previously had an account closed by k3334 for breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Process. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. k3334 reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during the lifetime of the Account.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the k3334 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, any Balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be void.

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. k3334 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify k3334 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. k3334 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). k3334 applies a Know Your Customer process to all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at registration, prior to making a first withdrawal, or at any point k3334 deems appropriate. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting the k3334 support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements. Accounts closed under responsible gaming self-exclusion arrangements are subject to additional conditions set out in Section 8.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. k3334 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k3334 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will provide reasonable notice of any such changes where practicable.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. k3334 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its sole discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account Balance in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be reflected. k3334 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for mobile wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfer methods. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with the k3334 support team.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts will be reversed and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 No Charge-back. Once a deposit has been credited to your k3334 Account Balance and wagered, it cannot be reversed or charged back. Attempting to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to credited and wagered funds constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by k3334 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period will be clearly stated on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. k3334 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that bonuses have been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using software or automation tools to claim bonuses; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, k3334 may remove the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings from the Account Balance before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money Balance.

6.1 Market Availability. k3334 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, handball, racing, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change and k3334 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed. k3334 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has begun where the in-play feed has experienced a delay.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned where: (a) the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; (b) the bet was placed based on odds that were published in error; (c) k3334 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

6.4 Results and Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). k3334 aims to settle all markets within twenty-four (24) hours of the conclusion of the relevant event. In the case of disputes regarding the result, the decision of k3334 is final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. k3334 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or cumulative winnings within a defined period. Applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, and event.

7.1 Game Providers. Casino games and slot titles available on k3334 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own rules, which are accessible within each game's interface.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All casino games and slot titles that use random outcomes are powered by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. k3334 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available within the game information panel.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, k3334 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's Account Balance. Winnings derived from demonstrably malfunctioning games are void and will not be paid. k3334 accepts no liability for losses caused by third-party internet service interruptions or device failures on the player's side.

7.4 Game Availability. The availability of specific casino games and slot titles may vary and k3334 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular title. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily suspended at the discretion of k3334 or the relevant game provider.

8.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing. k3334 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the k3334 Platform may do so by contacting the support team. A self-exclusion request will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be suspended and no new accounts may be opened. k3334 will take all reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded players.

8.3 Limit Setting. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session duration limits via their Account settings. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a mandatory review period of up to seven (7) days. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

8.4 Minor Protection. k3334 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under the age of 21. If you are aware that a minor may have accessed the Platform using your Account, you must notify k3334 immediately. k3334 recommends the use of parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling content.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k3334 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent banning:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a wager has been placed.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.

k3334 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will disclose Account information where required by applicable law or court order.

10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the k3334 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and audio-visual content — are owned by or licensed to k3334. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to k3334 or its licensors.

10.2 Restricted Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the k3334 Platform without prior written consent from k3334. Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Platform by automated means is expressly prohibited.

11.1 Platform Availability. k3334 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k3334 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k3334 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where k3334 is found liable to a player under these Terms, k3334's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k3334 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at k3334.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. k3334 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required.

k3334 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 3.4. k3334 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the k3334 Platform, you should first contact the k3334 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. k3334 will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

14.2 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the fourteen-day period, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. k3334 will engage in good faith with any such escalation and provide a reasoned written response to the player's complaint.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws. The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in English.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
